20ml Cointreau
20ml lime juice
15ml Giffard Vanille du Madagascar
1 piece cinnamon
1 egg white
3 Dash Mozart Chocolate Bitters
Preparation: muddle cinnamon and fill in the rest of the ingredients. Fill up with ice cubes and shake hard. Double strain into pre chilled cocktail glass.
