The exceptional taste of MOZART R.G. derives from the devotion and passion of our Master Distiller and Master Chocolatier, Mr. Dietmar Fadinger.

20 years of experience paired with his dedication and skills made it possible to create the perfect chocolate taste, but still being light and easy to drink.

He has been sourcing only the best ingredients of highest grade from all around the world, testing them thoroughly on mixability and processability to ensure that the unique aromas are encapsulated  and released only when hitting the tongue.

Specifically for Mozart R.G. Dietmar Fadinger developed a highly complex and elaborate maceration process where our unique cocoa macerate (cocoa + alcohol) is refined in Bourbon oak casks for a minimum period of half a year.
